For so much of her life, Mya has found herself fascinated with the technical side of live events and media. Starting her technical experience in theater she eventually found herself interested in television production and chose to pursue a career in the field. While looking for colleges, SCSU was quick to stand out and Mya found herself set on attending the university. Mya started her freshman year in the fall of 2022 and she immediately got involved with the Athletics department and UTVS. Since then, she has dedicated herself to every opportunity she can get and she is excited to see what the future holds. In her spare time, Mya enjoys hanging out with friends and family or working tech for her local theater group.
